Terms of Service

By accessing or using Opzivo's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Description
Opzivo is a cloud-based ISP management platform that provides OLT/ONU management, customer automation, billing, and network monitoring tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis with pricing calculated per active ONU per hour.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete account information
- Accounts are non-transferable without Opzivo's written consent
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Passwords must be kept confidential — notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Accounts require a valid business email address
3. Permitted Use
The Opzivo platform may only be used for lawful ISP network management purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Unauthorized use of third parties' network infrastructure
- Using the platform for illegal activities under Indonesian law
- Attempting to breach platform security or access other users' data
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on our software
- Reselling Opzivo services without an authorized reseller agreement
4. Billing and Payment
Billing Model
Billing is calculated per active ONU per hour. The usage counter stops automatically when ONUs are suspended or deleted.
Payment Terms
- New accounts receive a free credit of Rp 500,000 upon registration
- Additional credits can be purchased through the dashboard
- No refunds for credits already consumed
- Services are suspended automatically when credit balance is insufficient
Tax
All prices are exclusive of applicable Indonesian taxes (VAT/PPN 11%). Tax invoices (faktur pajak) are provided upon request for taxable corporate accounts.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Platform Uptime: 99.5% monthly average (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Technical Support: Response within 2 business hours via WhatsApp/email
- Scheduled Maintenance: Notified 24 hours in advance via email
- Emergency Maintenance: May be performed without prior notice to protect service security
6. Data and Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full ownership of your network data, customer data, and configurations. Opzivo does not claim ownership of your operational data.
Platform IP: The Opzivo platform, source code, algorithms, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are owned by Opzivo. This agreement does not grant you any rights beyond limited use within the scope of the subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
Opzivo's liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss from events outside our control (force majeure)
- Service interruptions caused by your ISP infrastructure
- Losses caused by your use of ONU data that is incorrect or not updated
8. Term and Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination:
- Access to the platform ends immediately
- Your data is retained for 90 days for potential reactivation
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
- Remaining credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the District Court of Jakarta, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
