Opzivo ("we", "our service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when using the Opzivo ISP management platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data

When registering, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and contact information you provide.

Operational Data

During platform use, we collect network data, OLT/ONU configurations, your ISP customer data, activity logs, and billing data processed through our systems.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration for security and service improvement purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Opzivo services
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications
  • Send technical updates, security patches, and service information
  • Respond to technical support requests
  • Analyze usage to improve platform features
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations in Indonesia

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Indonesia with AES-256 encryption for data at-rest and TLS 1.3 for data in-transit. We implement role-based access control (RBAC), audit logs, and 24/7 security monitoring.

We retain operational data for the duration of your active contract plus 90 days after termination, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your data to any third parties. We may share data only under the following conditions:

  • Infrastructure service providers: Hosting and cloud partners bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
  • Payment processors: Data required to process billing transactions
  • Legal obligations: If required by Indonesian laws and regulations

5. Your Rights

In accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request data deletion (subject to legal obligations)
  • Restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability in a structured format

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security functions. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
